The sponsoring packages can be booked in the Online Service Center from October 26, 2023.

Attention: first come - first served.

Only after receiving the official order confirmation from the LEARNTEC team the order becomes valid. The automated confirmation from the system is not sufficient.

Magic Sky - SOLD OUT

Magic Sky in the outdoor area, 3 days in action. There the LEARNTEC business evening will take place after the first day of the trade fair.
Branding after your company name "Exhibitor Plaza", including appropriate branding.
Your exclusive evening event on Wednesday after the fair closes (inclusive furnishings, stage, sound, lighting, staff; exclusive catering).

Lanyards - SOLD OUT

10,000 lanyards with your logo. They will be produced and delivered by you.
1 presentation at the Main Stage (20 minutes) at Tuesday, 11:45 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.

Slides

15-second promotional video during breaks between presentations on all three days on the Exhibitor Stage in Hall 1 or Main Stage in Hall 2. Max. three different promotional videos. Video is supplied by the sponsor.

Goodie Distribution

An employee of the fair distributes flyers to visitors.

Exclusive hostess license for three days for sustainable goodie distribution in hall 1, hall 2 or dm-arena. Hostess must be provided by you. Max. 2 person.

Steps Entrance West

The west entrance staircase on the exhibition grounds is covered with yellow LEARNTEC banners.

23 steps with your branding from the Events Hall to the first floor/ 23 steps with your branding from the first floor to the 2nd floor, where the LEARNTEC convention takes place. Data delivery by the sponsor from file.

Steps Entrance East

Yellow advertising banners are stuck on the steps of the stairs at the east entrance.

Restaurant

Your display/roll-up (max. 3 pieces) in one of the three restaurants (trade fair restaurant in hall 1 or delegates and exhibitors restaurant in hall 2 or trade fair restaurant in the dm-arena). The roll-ups will be supplied by the sponsor. Installation in agreement with LEARNTEC.
Table displays on all tables in the restaurant. Table displays are produced and distributed by the sponsor.

Coffee break Convention

Exhibitors take a break in a glass conference room at the trade fair.

Handing out vouchers at your stand to visitors who can redeem this voucher for a free drop-off. Exact procedure will be clarified.
