Once again this year we would like to invite all exhibitors to take part in the LEARNTEC Eco Award!
LEARNTEC Eco Award – award for more sustainable booth concepts
After last year's success, the Eco Award 2025 is back for a second round. With this award, we are putting the spotlight on your sustainable stand concepts at LEARNTEC 2025. It is not only the construction of the stand that counts, but also the environmentally conscious planning and implementation of your trade fair preparations and your on-site presence.
1. application
Exhibition stands/concepts that are characterized by their focus on sustainability.
All companies or start-ups exhibiting at LEARNTEC 2025.

The submission takes place in two steps.
Firstly, the pdf form must be completed with the following points:
• Company data
• Data of the contact person
• Key data on the stand
• Sustainability aspects
In the second step, this pdf is sent by e-mail to luisa.hartenstein@messe-karlsruhe.de .
The tendering period ends on Friday, 28 February 2025.
2. evaluation
After the deadline, the submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the LEARNTEC team. Three exhibition stands will be nominated.
The participants are informed of their nomination or non-nomination in calendar week 15.
3. LEARNTEC Eco award ceremony
When and where?
On the afternoon of 7 May 2025, a jury member will present the awards directly at the nominated stands. The certificate and prize will be presented here. A photo will also be taken for publication on Social Media.
