Questions and Answers for our exhibitors
With our question-and-answer catalog, we try to give you a helping hand so that you can get to LEARNTEC as quickly as possible and well informed. We have collected our information from A for ATM to W for Warderobe. If something is missing, don't hesitate to contact us directly. We look forward to your additions.

Messe Karlsruhe does not allow animals on the exhibition grounds. Exceptions are guide dogs for people with disabilities, guide dogs for the blind and service dogs.
The ATM is located in the Events Hall / West Entrance near Hall 1.

In the Business Center you will find the internet provider m3connect. You can also make copies there.

Once admission has been granted, withdrawal from the contract by the Exhibitor shall not be possible outside the statutory provisions and the following regulations. If the Exhibitor cancels their participation after this time or declares their withdrawal or termination of the contract, they must pay the participation fee for the entire booked stand area and the ancillary costs incurred by the organiser up to this time.
Set-up catering will be offered during the set-up period.
During the trade fair, catering will be available in the West Entrance, in all exhibition halls and in the outdoor area. In addition, exhibitors can purchase meal vouchers for the Exhibitor and Delegates Restaurant (limited availability). The vouchers can be booked in advance in the Online Service Center (OSC).
Information on stand catering is available in the Online Service Center (OSC).
Four charging stations for electric vehicles (type 2 plugs up to 22 kW) are available for free use in parking lot P1. Please note: Entry to P1 is subject to a charge. Reservations are not possible.
Messe Karlsruhe has a cell phone charging station. The charging station is available for our customers to use free of charge in the Business Center (Events Hall).
The charging station is lockable, suitable for all common smartphones and offers charging facilities for up to six smartphones. Each charging chamber is equipped as follows:
1 x micro USB B and USB C charging cable
1 x certified iPhone charging cable
1 x lock with key
There is also a Reload Park in Hall 1 (you will need to bring your own charging cable).

The LEARNTEC Congvention will take place parallel in the Conference Center (2nd floor, West Entrance). A separate ticket is required. There are special conditions for exhibitors. All information is available in the Online Service Center (OSC).

If the parcel service provider does not meet staff at the stand, the shipment will be accepted on behalf of the customer and deposited in the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center's postal warehouse for collection under the following conditions:
- An assignment by exhibitor name and hall/stand number is possible.
- The parcel/mail item is undamaged.
- The following contents are excluded: Cash, jewelry, watches, furs, cell phones, digital cameras.
- The exhibitor signs the handover bill on collection.
Messe Karlsruhe accepts no liability for parcel and postal deliveries.
Delivery of pallets, interim storage, unloading assistance etc. under "Logistics".
Driving on the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling as well as during the event (without permanent parking permits in the indoor area) is only permitted against payment of a deposit of €50 in cash. This amount will be forfeited if the specified loading time is exceeded.
We offer many digital services such as spots on the LED wall, logo insertion on digital steles, etc. You can find all the information you need in the Online Service Center (OSC).

Use the LEARNTEC business evening on the first day of the trade fair to exchange ideas with other exhibitors, visitors, speakers and key players in the industry.
The Meet & Snack for exhibitors will take place on the 2nd day of the trade fair.
Depending on the size of your stand, a certain number of exhibitor passes are available free of charge. These are already available for registration.
If you require additional passes for a fee, you can order these via the OSC. Once ordered, these will be available for registration.
Important:
1. Please register your exhibitor passes online in advance and bring them to the trade fair either printed out or as a cell phone ticket! No passes will be issued on site at the Service Center.
2. Have your exhibitor passes ready for admission to the trade fair. This is the only way you can enter the exhibition grounds one hour earlier or stay there one hour longer during the official trade fair opening hours.
There are no set-up and dismantling passes. You and your service providers etc. must pay a deposit when entering the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling times.
From May 21, 2024, an express service surcharge of 25% must be paid on all services.

The first aid station is located in the events hall between Le Café and Hall 1.
In addition to stand partition walls to the neighboring stand, all exhibiting companies are obliged to provide their stand area with floor covering. If you do not have your own floor covering available, you can order this via the OSC.

The guided tours, which are offered to visitors free of charge, provide a good overview of the wide range of products on offer at the trade fair and the various topics.
As an exhibitor, you can apply to be a stop from February 2024 (free of charge). Information will be sent by email.

A basic LAN 1 Mbit/s is included in your stand rental. You can of course upgrade this. All options can be found in the OSC under Internet.
In March 2024, all exhibitors will receive the invoice for the stand rental. After LEARNTEC in June, the service invoice with all additionally ordered services will follow.

Every exhibitor has the opportunity to book a 20-minute presentation on one of our stages in the exhibition hall (limited number). Cost: 999.00 €.
All exhibition halls at Messe Karlsruhe are equipped with general lighting and daylight. Separate stand lighting is recommended.
Our contractual partner Simon Hegele is available for deliveries of pallets, interim storage, unloading assistance, etc. To order, please use the "Logistics" form in the Online Service Center (OSC) or contact the forwarding agent directly. If a logistics service is required after 6 p.m., please notify us in writing at least one week before the start of set-up:

The opening hours for exhibitors are one hour before and one hour after the official opening hours of the fair (with a valid exhibitor pass).

Parking permits for parking spaces in the halls and in the outdoor area can be ordered via the OSC. The parking permits will be sent to you by e-mail on a specific date.
You can buy a parking ticket at the Online Service Center (OSC) to park at the hall or in one of the parking spaces during the trade fair.
The prayer room is located in the West Entrance on the left-hand side above the Press Center.
It is important to us to communicate the latest developments and products on the continuing education market. We are dependent on your support here! Our PR Manager Tanja Stopper will contact you by e-mail in March 2024 and ask for information about your trade fair appearance: product premieres, key topics or live demonstrations. Please fill out the pdf data form carefully and send it back to us promptly. From all submissions, we select the most exciting content from a PR perspective and incorporate it into our press work, for example in press releases, when planning trade fair tours or for specific interview requests.

All exhibition stands over 2.50 m in height, mobile stands, special structures and constructions are subject to approval. In the OSC you will find further information as well as the application, which you should book by 23.04.2023 if required and upload the corresponding documents to the OSC. In addition, our technical guidelines for trade fairs and exhibitions apply.

Each exhibitor will receive a digital voucher code that they can forward to all interested parties. Tickets are free of charge for exhibitors and visitors. You can find the regular online ticket store here.
You can use our trade fair app talque to fill in your exhibitor profile and network with visitors during the trade fair. There will be no printed exhibition catalog. Exhibitor list, program etc. will be offered in the trade fair app talque.
If you have any problems with stand construction services ordered through us, you can contact the trade fair store directly during construction. Our service partner "Messebau Gleich" is located there. You can also buy adhesive tape etc. in the trade fair store.
A shuttle service (free of charge) between Karlsruhe Central Station (forecourt) and Messe Rheinstetten (main entrance) will be available during the event.
The journey time in each direction is approx. 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, there are many dubious e-mails in circulation offering visitor lists from various trade fairs (including LEARNTEC). Please do not respond to them.

The Wardrobe is located in the Events Hall / West Entrance in the basement.
We commit ourselves and you to avoid waste wherever possible and to dispose of it in accordance with the separation obligations. During set-up and dismantling, you are entitled to dispose of up to approx. 240 liters of separate waste (the equivalent of a large household waste garbage can) via our marked waste islands in the courtyards between the halls. During the trade fair, stand waste will be disposed of by us in small waste bags, separated by type of waste if possible, if it is left in the aisle at the end of the trade fair day.
